Let's talk about one of every hijabis biggest struggles... stains on our hijabs 🥲
Whether it's from lunch, cooking, skincare or makeup, we've all had that moment when a tiny drop lands on our favourite hijab.
The good news? There's a simple trick that can save it.
Before you put your hijab in the washing machine:
• Apply a small amount of diluted dish soap directly onto the stain.
• Gently rub the fabric together with your fingers.
• Let it sit for a few minutes.
• Then wash your hijab as usual.
✨ The most important tip: Don't put your hijab straight into the washing machine without treating the stain first. Heat and water can sometimes cause oil stains to set into the fabric, making them much harder to remove.
Dish soap is great because it's designed to break down oils while still being gentle enough for delicate fabrics when used carefully.
A few extra care tips:
• Treat stains as soon as you notice them.
• Avoid rubbing too hard, especially on delicate fabrics.
• Always air dry your hijab after washing to help preserve its quality.
Taking just one extra minute before washing can help keep your hijabs looking fresh and beautiful for much longer.

I got make up on my hijab and it vanished when I took a cotton pad and applied some makeup remover( I used gariner) and rubbed att the makeup stain!! It worked wonders, then I just hand washed the hijab to make sure nothing was left☺️
