This website is operated by Hijab Kompaniet. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Hijab Kompaniet. Hijab Kompaniet offers this website, including all information, tools and Services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any Services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

1. About Hijabkompaniet.com
- The company is based in Stockholm. The company's postal address is Askersundsgatan 6, 12467 Bandhagen.
- If you wish to contact us, please send an email to hijabkompaniet@gmail.com or contact us on Instagram DM if the matter is urgent with your inquiry and your contact details, and we will get back to you shortly.

2. Ordering
- Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address if you have entered your email in the order. The confirmation will contain all the details about the products, prices, billing, and delivery address. That is why it is important to add your email.
- By making a purchase on our website, you automatically agree to our terms and conditions.
- If there is any error in the order confirmation, you should immediately contact us via email at hijabkompaniet@gmail.com.

When placing an order with shipping, we will use either DHL or PostNord as our shipping provider. The company will select the parcel office closest to your provided address.

If you wish to change the parcel office after the shipping has been booked, an additional fee of 150 SEK will apply. This fee reflects the standard charge imposed by the shipping company for such changes.

3. Right to Deny Purchase
- We reserve the right to refuse and cancel any order you place with us regardless of the reason. We have no obligation of informing you of the cancellation. We have no obligation to inform you of the reason.

We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

4. Delivery

- Our standard adminstartion time is 2-3 days and the delivery times are 2-5 business days for domestic shipping or 1-2 weeks for foreign shipping. Please note that orders placed on weekends will be shipped at the earliest on the following Monday.
- During restock periods, adminstration and delivery times may increase due to high demand. In such cases, delivery may take up to double the standard time.

- Packages outside of the EU may be applicable for customs fee. Iit is your responsibility to check if the fee in your region.


- If there are any delays in delivery (without us informing you of a longer delivery time), please contact us on Instagram @hijabkompaniet.

- You are responsible of giving correct name, adress and shipping information when ordering from our website.


5. Pickup

We have decided to not offer pickup. Orders can only be made with a shipping option. This means customers are not able to pick up their orders at our Showroom, this rule applies at the start of 2025


6. Prices
- All prices in the store are stated in SEK and include 25% VAT.
- We reserve the right to change prices due to supplier price changes, misprints in the price list, and inaccuracies in prices due to incorrect information. Prices are final at the time of purchase.

- We are not obligated to inform you of the price changes.

7. Right of Withdrawal

- Customers may return unused and unopened items within 14 days from the moment you receive the ordered item. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
- Returns can only be approved if the plastic packaging is unopened by the customer. We thoroughly inspect the seal on all returned items and reserve the right to deny a return if the seal has been broken.

7.1 Exercising Your Right of Withdrawal
- To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us by email at hijabkompaniet@gmail.com as soon as possible. Include your name, address, email address, order number, and details of the items you wish to return.
- Products should be returned immediately, and no later than 14 days after notifying us of the withdrawal.
- You are responsible for the return shipping, delivery, and condition of the products upon return. Please ensure products are well-packaged and in their original, unopened packaging.

- Orders with incorrect information that is sent back to us are not accepted as a correct return and will be subjected to a fee of 15€ for the package and delivery costs.

7.2 Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been sealed due to health or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken.
- Packages not collected from a postal agent are not covered by the right of withdrawal and are considered as an invalid return. Customers are responsible for the full cost of unclaimed orders returned to us. This means you as a customer will not recieve a refund.

- Packages sent after the 14 days.

8. Complaints and Claims


- We inspect all products before shipment. If a product arrives damaged or incorrectly, please contact us at hijabkompaniet@gmail.com to report the issue. We will work to resolve all complaints directly with our customers.
- Please report any complaints as soon as you notice a defect, including your name, address, email address, order number, and a description of the issue.
- Once a customer applies for a complaint and accepts the proposed compensation, they cannot change their decision or request further action, regardless of any circumstances related to the complaint.

-Customers are responsible to return the goods to us.

9. Limitation of Liability
- We accept no liability for indirect damages that may arise due to the product.
- We are not responsible for delays or errors due to circumstances beyond our control, including labor disputes, fire, war, government decisions, or supplier issues.
- We do not accept any responsibility for changes to products or product characteristics made by the respective supplier and factors beyond our control.

- We do not accept any responsibility in incorrect prices or inventory.

10. Product Information

- We reserve the right to correct any errors on this website and to sell out products. We do not guarantee that the images accurately depict the products' exact appearance, as slight color variations may occur depending on the screen, photo quality, and resolution. We always strive to present the products as accurately as possible.

12. Personal Data

- Hijab Kompaniet is responsible for the processing of personal data provided by you as a customer. Your personal data is processed to manage your order and, where applicable, to customize marketing to your needs.

12.1 What Data Do We Store?
- To process your order and respond to inquiries, we store your name, address, phone number, email address, IP address, and purchase history. Data is stored as long as legally necessary, for example, under the Accounting Act.

12.2 Shared Data and Purpose

- Payment Provider: Information necessary for completing the purchase is shared with our payment provider, Shopify Payments.


- Shipping Company
: We share necessary details with our freight company to deliver your order.


- Newsletter: If subscribed, your first name, last name, and email address are shared with Mailchimp.

12.3 Customer Rights
- You have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data held by us, except in cases where data must be retained for legal reasons.

13. Customer Service
- We strive to respond to all customer inquiries within 72 hours. Please note that response times may vary during peak periods or restock events due to high demand and administrative tasks.

14. Changes to the General Term
- We reserve the right to make changes to these terms at any time. Changes will be published online, and the amended terms are considered accepted with any order or visit to the website.

15. Dispute Resolution and Choice of Law

- We strive to resolve any concerns or issues directly with our customers. Please contact our customer service team if you have any unresolved matters. Disputes regarding these terms will be interpreted according to Swedish law.

16. Changes to the General Terms
- We reserve the right to make changes to these terms at any time. Changes will be published online, and the amended terms are considered accepted with any order or visit to the website.

17. International Orders


- Europe
: For orders within Europe, we are not obligated to refund the order amount in the case of a return. However, we can offer a gift card for the amount the customer wishes to refund. Shipping costs may vary depending on the customer's location.


- Outside Europe: For orders shipped outside the EU, the customer will be responsible for paying any customs fees. It is the customer's responsibility to check how much the customs fee will be.


- If a package shipped outside the EU is not picked up, it will not be considered a valid return, and we reserve the right not to issue any refunds, including the shipping cost. The customer will be charged the full order amount, including shipping.

18.USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS

If, at our request, you send certain specific submissions (for example contest entries) or without a request from us, you send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, whether online, by email, by postal mail, or otherwise (collectively, 'comments'), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us.
