2. Ordering
Once an order is completed, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
The confirmation contains details regarding products, prices, billing information, and delivery address.
By placing an order on our website, you automatically agree to these Terms and Conditions.
If there is an error in the order confirmation, you must contact us immediately via email.
Shipping Provider
Orders are shipped using DHL or PostNord.
The parcel service point closest to the provided address will be selected automatically.
Requests to change the service point after shipment has been booked will incur a 150 SEK fee.
3. Right to Deny Purchase
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order, including orders placed under the same account, payment method, or shipping address.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information and to update this information promptly when necessary.
3.1 Right to Refuse Customer Service and Continued Support
We reserve the right to refuse further customer service or support if a customer:
Acts in a threatening, abusive, or disrespectful manner
Repeatedly makes unfounded complaints or accusations
Attempts to deceive, manipulate, or misuse customer service
Violates our Terms or other company policies
Zero Tolerance Policy
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or verbal abuse. Such behavior may result in immediate termination of communication and denial of future service.
Right to Block or Ban
In cases of severe or repeated violations, we reserve the right to block customers from placing future orders or interacting with our platforms.

4. Delivery
Processing and Delivery Times
Standard processing time: 2–3 business days
Estimated delivery times:
EU: 2–5 business days
International: 1–2 weeks
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
High-Demand Periods
During campaigns, restocks, seasonal launches, or other high-demand periods, processing and packing may take up to 3 business days.
Processing time refers to the time required to prepare your order before shipment and is separate from delivery time.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to shipping carriers, destination, customs handling, or circumstances beyond our control.
Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to customs delays, strikes, system outages, or high-volume periods.
Delays during high-demand periods do not entitle the customer to compensation, refunds, or discounts.
Shipping Changes and Uncollected Parcels
Changes to recipient name or delivery details after shipment may incur a fee starting from 300 SEK.
Requests to change parcel service point after shipment incur a 150 SEK fee.
Uncollected parcels returned to us will be charged 200–500 SEK, depending on shipping distance.
These fees are charged by the shipping carrier and not by Hijab Kompaniet.
Customs and Address Responsibility
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs fees.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.
We are not liable for lost packages or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
5. Pickup
Pickup is not available. All orders must be shipped.
This policy applies from 2025.
6. Prices
All prices are listed in SEK and include 25% VAT.
Prices may change due to supplier adjustments, misprints, or inaccuracies.
Prices are final at checkout, and we are not obligated to inform customers of price changes.
7. Right of Withdrawal
Customers may return unused and unopened items within 14 days of receiving the order.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
Returns must comply with our Refund Policy.
All returned items are inspected, and we reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our requirements.
7.1 Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
Notify us by email with your name, address, email, order number, and item details.
Items must be returned within 14 days of notification.
Items must be returned in original, unopened condition.
Incorrect returns may incur a 15 EUR fee.
7.2 Exceptions
Hygiene-sealed products with broken seals cannot be returned.
Uncollected parcels are not considered valid returns and are non-refundable.
Returns submitted after 14 days will not be accepted.
8. Complaints and Claims
All products are inspected prior to shipment.
Damaged or incorrect items must be reported immediately with full order details.
Once compensation is accepted, no further claims may be made.
Customers are responsible for returning items in complaint cases.
