Tunisian-Swedish designer Samar is the creative force behind Hijab Kompaniet.'

Growing up, her mother was her first introduction to the world of hijab, and following in her footsteps from a young age made wearing the hijab a natural and cherished part of her identity. For Samar, the hijab has always symbolized strength, faith, and connection to her roots.

As she grew older, Samar faced the challenge of finding hijabs and modest clothing that combined elegance, quality, and affordability. This struggle inspired her to create Hijab Kompaniet together with her husband, a brand dedicated to offering timeless, high-quality hijabs and modest pieces accessible to all women.

Through HK, Samar aims to empower Muslim women to express their identity confidently, proudly, and authentically. Every piece in the collection is carefully selected to balance style, comfort, and affordability, reflecting her belief that fashion should never be a barrier but a source of confidence and joy.
