Can I pick up my order at HK Showroom?

No we do not offer pick ups anymore.

Can I order outside of Sweden?

- Yes! We provide deliveries to all of europe and some countries international. You can check if your country is included by searching your country when ordering.

Can I pay with Klarna?

No, we only use Shopify Payments and other payments at the moment.

I want to order a giftcard, is it possible?

Yes! you can order a gift card by searching "giftcard" in the search bar.

I regret my purchase, what can I do?

Contact us as soon as possible before we ship out your product. It usually takes us 24h to get back to you. If the package has been sent out, then you are responsible of the return to us. See Terms and Conditions.

Can I exhange an item?

Unfortunately, we are not able to process an exchange. You can return the item to us and place a new order for the item that you'd like.

I forgot to pick up my package

If a package is not picked up in time it will be sent back to us and this will not be considered as a valid return and we will charge the full ammount of the order including shipping costs.

I have received a faulty Item, what should I do?

This is not okay. We make sure to quality check every item that we send out to make sure that it is in good condition when it arrives to you. The item may have been damaged in transit. You can email us at hijabkompaniet@gmail.com and we will make sure to resolve this.
